Programmatic Account Managers at APEX are responsible for driving the activation & performance of APEX Guaranteed Value Based Solutions - Guaranteed Deals and Guaranteed Outcomes. Acting as the conduit between clients and the internal programmatic trading team responsible for managing the optimisation process and delivering best in class service to achieve and surpass client business objectives.

This role will work across regional Guaranteed Outcomes accounts and will report into the Programmatic Director, APEX Guaranteed in London.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a roster of key programmatic accounts by offering outstanding service and strategic programmatic support.
  • Work cross-functionally with trading teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success in a timely manner.
  • Turn campaign insights into strategic actions to drive success and share with colleagues and clients.
  • Ensure all reporting, (weekly, monthly, PCA) is delivered in line with APEX SLA's
  • Monitor campaign performance in line with pre-defined business objectives ensuring Performance, Pacing, & Profit benchmarks are achieved.
  • Active contributor in building 'best-in class' framework to achieve guaranteed outcomes both tech & delivery
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with Publicis Agencies, DSPs, & associated tech vendors.
  • Respond to all client queries in line with APEX SLA's, escalate to relevant internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Provide strategic guidance to pre-sales teams to underpin outcome-driven proposals, including targeting and audience strategies for advertisers across all verticals & channels.
  • Prioritise and manage day to day tasks for internal trading team, (GDD)
  • Maintain central shared directories on Lion Box, including but not limited to campaign set-up templates, IO's, pacing reports, PCA reports, and vendor collateral.
  • Contribute to daily / weekly team meetings / best practice approach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 months Programmatic trading experience in TTD & DV360 is essential, additional platforms such as AAP, Verizon, and Xandr desirable.
  • Experience running CPA, CPC, CPCV, CPV activity across display, mobile, video and YouTube working with dCPM buy model.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel
  • Keen interest in new and innovative programmatic technology trends
