The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the West Midlands providing primary, acute and community services. We have a strong research focus; the Trust hosts the Clinical Research Network West Midlands (CRN WM), which is part of the National Institute for Health Research, the clinical research delivery arm of the NHS. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Rehab & Ambulatory Care Group. The successful applicant will be working at directorate management level as a Secretary to the Directorate Manager and Matron. You will be working within a busy and demanding environment and will receive training, support and development from the team. The nature of this post requires the post holder to have a high level of organisational skills, experience of providing a support service to a senior management team including diary management and the organising and minuting of meetings.

You will be organised and flexible in your working arrangements and should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative when necessary.

Previous minute taking and secretarial experience is essential.
