Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Are you a Diversity Specialist with experience building out and challenging the business status quo? This role is a newly created position, driving the diversity & inclusion agenda across a developing and changing professional services firm. Working closely with HR and the commercial leadership team, the role will be standalone and have ownership to drive the agenda.
The key aim of this role is to foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and allow the employees to feel a sense of belonging. Partnering with talent to develop the self and others, whilst proactively managing the data and tools available internally to develop an effective platform. You will have a passion for D&I, with an ability to lead on the design, implementation and evaluation of a firm wide project and champion to the business.
As the Subject Matter Expert you will proactively develop the understanding of stakeholders and leverage the EVP to create an attractive talent retention proposition. Communications team will be a key advocate for you as working on sharing success and developing a D&I lens is key.
Technically we need demonstrable experience servicing a large and matrixed population. Experience with complex and different stakeholders will help due to the variety of internal Business Units and an ability to work both autonomously on the projects whilst including the HR department is essential. This is an initial 12 month FTC paying competitively plus benefits.
