The Document Control Manager shall be skilled in the use of technology to complete their day to day tasks. He/she is largely responsible for the logging and distribution of all relevant documents to the Project team.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for the strict adherence to company safety policies and programs through the communication and enforcement of the Skanska Safety and Health Management Program
  • Assist in monitoring submittals on the project
  • Maintain submittal logs and distribute submittals to project team
  • Assist with tracking sustainability by maintaining tracking logs
  • Coordinate with contract administrator to monitor subcontract issuance and insurance certificate approvals and expiration
  • Log and maintain Project permits
  • Maintain Project's meeting minutes
  • Compile weekly and monthly outstanding submittals log

We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrates good management and leadership skills
  • Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
  • Knowledge of document controls to learn and implement within 30 days of hire
  • Can understand drawings and specifications
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and interact with Client administrative document control personnel on a daily basis
  • Education Associates Degree - Computer Science, Construction Technology or equivalent preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of
  • 5 years of industry experience require
