Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Duty and Taxes Administrator to join our highly experienced Credit Management and Claims Team to help our people to achieve even-greater heights. You will be based in our offices in Bristol City Centre (BS1 3AG)

As a Duty and Taxes Administrator you join our brand new team that has formed due to the implementation of new processes being introduced for imported parcels. You will manage our miscellaneous billing requirements and provide administrative support to the Duty and Taxes Collection Team. Other key responsibilities of this role include;
  • Management of Deferment Account correspondence to and from our customers
  • Ensuring timely and accurate keying of all relevant billing requests
  • Prepare and distribute supporting documentation for customers via email
  • Provide copy documentation as and when required
  • Liaise with internal departments to seek out and effectively resolve issues
  • Contacting Customers to request payments for imports and manual billing


About You

As the successful candidate your career history will evidence strong administration and data entry skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail. Your strong organisational skills, excellent time management and decision making skills will be fully utilised in this role.

It would be desirable for you to have a background of working within the financial sector or have an awareness of Brexit.

Alongside these you will need to;
  • Have excellent computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • The ability to work independently and effectively at pace.
  • The ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in order to deliver fantastic results
