Job Description

The rise in retail media is one of the hottest topics in marketing today. Brands are looking to boost their competitiveness in an increasingly digital marketplace, and we expect the demand for online retail media specialists to grow exponentially over the next years.

This role focuses on delivering market leading PPC (pay per click) campaign activation, optimisation and performance analysis, for some of our agency's most important eCommerce clients. Including, but not limited to Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, HP, Electrolux and Coty.

Once your initial training and onboarding completed you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your clients advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, CitrusAd and Criteo RMP.

Analytical and communication skills are important, as is a strong passion for eCommerce, online marketplaces and online retail.
  • You will learn how to effectively launch & optimize campaigns on CitrusAd, Criteo RMP and Amazon Advertising
  • You will learn how to analyze the data, Identify new keywords, trends and opportunities to optimize and grow the activity
  • You will learn how to create reports and dashboards to present your campaign performance to your line management and clients
  • You will learn how to create media plans and provide spend forecasts
  • You will learn how media investment is booked and reconciled
  • You will brief and delegate some of the operational work to offshore teams in Mumbai
  • You will ensure said offshore team members are being trained and upskilled
  • You must be comfortable with numbers, and are expected to exceed your clients revenue goals
  • You must be comfortable presenting to clients over video conference on a regular basis
  • You will help your director prepare quarterly business reviews, case studies and pitch for new business
  • You will attend regular trainings internally to develop your own eCommerce knowledge & skillsets
  • You will meet with Amazon, Criteo, Sainsbury's, Tesco and our various retail or technology partners

Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial candidate, with a strong interest in eCommerce, technology and performance marketing. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a young & dynamic agency environment on high profile multi-million budget accounts.

We are creating a new specialist hub within the agency, in a relatively new and fast-paced industry. This job did not exist a year ago, you will have the opportunity to help shape it, therefore growth mindset is a must.

Pre-requisites for the role are:
  • Brings a strong interest in eCommerce, tech, and the retail industry
  • Bias for action. Ready to take ownership over small projects, innovate and take risks
  • An analytical mindset, not afraid of deep diving data sheets and excel pivot tables
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Understands acronyms such as SKU and ASIN. Understands online metrics such as CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI, AOV
  • First experience in retail media, marketplaces, eCommerce or performance marketing (SEO, paid search, paid social ...) is a plus
