What’s the role?

You'll oversee exploding our E-comm business across Netherlands, Belgium and France, putting your primary focus on Bol.com and Amazon.fr in a dedicated People Against Dirty way. Using your resourceless and innovative sales and marketing solutions, you'll deliver operating budgets for your accounts and challenge E-Commerce by taking full responsibility for your Pureplay accounts. You tell us what you need for success, and People Against Dirty will do everything we can to help you be a pioneer in this area.

Using your passion and confident presentation skills, you'll build compelling stories to sell with impact and drive sustainable growth in your accounts. With your solid E-commerce experience, you will bring deep customer, market and consumer insight into this role and lead the analysis of data sources. Your experience negotiating annual terms agreement and joint business plans means you should at ease working with profitability and P&L data.

Working with the marketing team to activate our brand strategy, you'll complement customer strategy and deliver gold standard execution of marketing plans; bring our culture to life. Your relationship-building skills will kick in, enabling you to drive our Pureplay retailer relationships to the next level. You'll know what you need to do to keep our customers happy operationally. You’ll have a deep understanding of, and ability to execute, E-fundamentals to drive conversation rate and sales (e.g. Assortment/Range, Content, Ratings & Reviews & Share of Search). If your commercially savvy, and you can bring the fun whilst being disruptive at delivering a competitive advantage for PAD in your accounts, we want to hear from you.
