  • Are you an experienced E Rostering Specialist?
  • Do you have experience leading the implementation of electronic rostering for Clinical Staff?
  • Do you have significant project management experience as well as a Healthroster or Medical HR background?

This role is part of our Resourcing & Systems Team who have responsibility for ensuring we have a robust resourcing pipeline for the organisation, providing an efficient and effective resourcing service to operational colleagues - enabling the right people with the right skills in post at the right time. This includes playing key role in the workforce planning and supply agenda, as well as the smooth running of operational recruitment and Bank functions, developing new and innovative workforce models - including the use of volunteers and optimising the use of technology through use of HR systems e.g. e-rostering and ESR.

The E-rostering Systems Lead will administer and maintain the E-rostering system, ensuring accuracy, functionality and performance, as well as providing escalated support and advice to all staff and managers as required following escalation by the IT Services Helpdesk.

The post-holder will configure, implement and roll-out of E-Rostering system developments across the whole of the organisation. They will deliver E-Rostering training via a range of delivery methods, and complete end user acceptance testing for upgrades of the system, and provide users with relevant information / changes to the system. It is expected that the E-rostering Systems Lead will work closely alongside the ESR Systems Lead, developing a good understanding of each-other's roles and systems, and ensuring team resilience and cover during periods of annual leave etc.
