Amazon Logistic (AMZL) is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed standardization and continuous improvement manager.
The EAM Standardization Manager will be a member of the EU AMZL Engineering team focusing to leveraging best practices, eliminate waste, reduce variation and drive scalable operational excellence in the Engineering Service space.
This position is responsible for identifying best practices and high-level standards to operate across the EU wide Facilities Engineering teams. A core focus of the role is to create, conduct or support cross-functional projects within the EU Network to improve availability of our infrastructure, drive excellence in service quality while reducing overall cost. Supported by the newly introduced EAM system the EAM Standardization Manager will Implement, promote and drive continuous improvement processes. Benchmarking, auditing and reporting of core Service KPIs for the AMZL Engineering network will also be covered by the role as.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Enhance performances leveraging EAM design and usage.
· Uses EAM as our main vehicle to design and drive standardization.
· Extract data, present it in a comprehensive way and comment.
· Support management with data analysis using EAM full capability and specific setup to implement corrective action.
· Enhance EAM and other internal tools (iauditor, Avetta) usage to drive continuous improvement and performances increases.
· Implement strong processes to deep dive high impact failure and avoid reoccurrence.
· Develop a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking.
· Contribute to and facilitate Kaizen activities.
· Help drive the implementation of Lean Standard Work.
· Evaluate and predict performance (Using data) to increase asset performances using extensively EAM reports and analysis capabilities.
· Standardize processes and actively share best practice with EU Process Owners to avoid duplication.
· Develop the use of RCM, FMEA, Criticality and Maintenance Task Optimization.
· Ensure effective utilization of predictive and other non- destructive testing methodologies. Evaluate and develop reliability test methodologies to reduce test time and increase test coverage.
· Conduct organization project and build related documentation to settle down processes and support standardization.


· · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
· · Lean/Six Sigma experience
· · Experience in writing SQL queries and mining databases
· · Experience of complex operational processes, and continuous performance improvement projects.
· · Experience across the full project lifecycle (analysis, design and implementation).
· · Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
· · Experience building and measuring key operational metrics.
· · Project/Program Management Certification
· · Fluent in English
· · Ability to travel up to 30% of time to attend business meetings and functions


· · Advanced degree/Master's degree (Math, Engineering, Science, Business) from an accredited university
· · BSc or MSc on Engineering based discipline (specialization on automation, continuous process improvement or manufacturing, project/program management).
· · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· · Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations
· · Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
· · Experience across the full project lifecycle (analysis, design and implementation).
· · Experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver worldwide changes.
· · good knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies (green belt, ...)
· · Excellent analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios.
· · Fluent in English, Knowledge of at least one other EU language desirable
· · Ability to travel up to 30% of time to attend business meetings and functions
