Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an established Early Careers Programme Manager to join Publicis Health in this newly created role. The purpose of this role is to design, develop and deliver initiatives and programmes that attract and recruit a pipeline of the best talent and building our brand as an employer of choice. This role will support the development of our future talent, providing pastoral care and direction where required. Within this role there is a key requirement to partner with multiple functions and stakeholders across the business to really support and drive really forward the early career's agenda.

You will be joining a Talent Team which is passionate about building a strong and diverse talent pipeline and as an Early Careers Programme Manager you will be the recognised ambassador of the brand.

As this is a new established role, you will have clear objective within the role:
  • To clearly define the Early Career programme in term of purpose, objectives, deliverables, KPIs and timelines
  • To identify key stakeholders and engage them as required throughout the programme to gain their input and buy-in
  • To align the programme to Publicis Groupe UK Early Careers recruitment & development programmes & Global Publicis Groupe Onboarding programmes
  • Effective communications to all key stakeholders at all stages of the programme development and roll out
  • Roll out the programme in January 2022, having run a pilot in Q1 2021 for an agreed population
  • Establish the project governance structure, overseeing workstream progress, identifying and addressing risks and barriers and reporting progress to the Steering Committee
  • Produce and maintain project plans, budget, scope and changes
  • Establish and build partnerships with organisations that support our Inclusion and Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility objectives
  • Maintain existing and build new strong and meaningful relationships with universities, colleges, and institutions to drive our reputation beyond the obvious.
  • Facilitate a de-brief session with key stakeholder and provide supporting tools and documents to effectively handover to the Talent Acquisition & L&D Team


  • Have experience of early careers in a similar role
  • Successful track record in Talent Acquisition within a large multi-site organisation
  • Experience working in a large HR function
  • Experience in delivering high volume of roles in addition to providing strategic input and innovation to recruitment process and delivery methods
  • Experience in utilising a variety of sourcing channels
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA graduate recruitment market and Higher Education
