Job Description

As the Early Careers Recruitment Specialist you will primarily be responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy, execution and end-to-end recruitment for our graduate, internship and apprenticeship positions. You will be reporting into the Early Career program lead and will also work alongside the recruitment marketing team and feed into our talent brand strategy as well as partner with our Early Career growth & development specialists to support program management.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the Early Careers team which was established in 2019 to significantly increase our Generation Z population - attracting them to work here, developing them, and helping them have a meaningful career at Publicis Sapient.

Recruitment Strategy
  • Support the program lead to build on our recruitment strategy and processes for Early Careers candidates
  • Keep up to date with recruitment trends for Gen Z, including in a post Covid world
  • Have an in-depth understanding of our target audience, Gen Z students, and how they search for career opportunities and understand their needs
Marketing & Attraction
  • Foster strong relationships with students and candidates
  • Build relationships with schools and careers services - monitor success through application rates and conversions
  • Engagement with Student Clubs & Organisations
  • Attend career fairs, school events, deliver & facilitate skills sessions, case studies and presentations with confidence
  • Maintain/increase our early careers diversity through effective marketing, events and supplier relationships
  • Partner with our recruitment marketing team to increase and improve brand recognition in Universities
Sourcing & Assessment
  • Leverage advanced sourcing strategies and community building approaches to find, attract and engage top talent
  • Build and grow a network of pipelined candidates who match our Early Careers criteria
  • Create an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey
  • Execution of assessment process and offer management, and identify areas of improvement
  • Support hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process, facilitate debriefs, and enable fair and structured decision making
Program Management
  • Design and implement a keep warm strategy post offer
  • Support with running the internship programme and assessment
  • Partner with our learning & development specialists with onboarding
  • Support other areas of the Early Careers program as needed


  • 3-5 years of related recruiting experience
  • Strong experience of proven end-to-end talent acquisition activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaboration
  • Showcase the ability to think outside the box and be innovative
  • Experience in using traditional and non-traditional sourcing tools/methods
