Title: Electrician (Reactive and Voids)
Contract: Permanent, Full time 40 hours per week
Salary: Starting from £17.23 per hour (GBP 35,847pa rising to GBP 36,922pa following successful completion of 6 months' probation) plus benefits
There is an opportunity for overtime and being placed on the call out rota.

L&Q are looking for a number of Customer Focused, Electrician to be part of their in-house Maintenance Team. We have openings within the North East Neighbourhood covering North East, East, North, South West and Thames Neighbourhoods. The focus will be on high quality work, outstanding customer service and a right first time attitude.
The role will be dealing with all aspects of Electrical maintenance within our properties. Including Fuse board upgrades, Fault finding, Accessory changes, Electrical testing as required and ensuring our homes are safe compliant and habitable.
To be considered for this role candidates must hold the following: Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification (Equal to C&G 2360 Pt1&2, C&G 2365, C&G 2357)
Level 3 Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018 (equal to C&G 2382-15, C&G2382-18)
Level 3 Periodic Inspection & Testing diploma (Equal to C&G2391, C&G2395)

Our Operatives are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment. You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
- Working knowledge of a building and/or housing environment
- Able to deliver excellent customer service (essential)
- Able to use a PDA and Smartphone
- Full driving licence (essential)
- Must have own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
