To help us deliver this ambitious vision, we are now looking an Employers Agent to join our expanding Growth and Development team.

As our Employer’s Agent you will:
- Take ownership for construction contracts both from an administration and technical perspective from inception through to completion.
- Assume responsibility for reviewing the project brief, advising on the appointment of suitable project teams
- Support the Design and Contract teams, and report on the project’s technical design, cost, programme and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
You’d be working as part of our Construction Services Team within our Growth & Development division during a period of significant organisational change and growth. During this exciting time, we have ambitious growth plans and we’re growing.

Our ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of the land acquisition process and the planning system. As a housing developer we have a programme to deliver 1,000 new homes a year over the next 10 years. Our focus is securing new land to help deliver our programme of affordable housing, market sale homes and extra care and supported housing schemes.
As an Employer’s Agent you will:
- Desirably, be a member of RICS, with degree level education or equivalent through relevant training or experience.
- Have essential construction site experience, with a knowledge of CDM Regulations, HCA requirements through contract.
- Possess knowledge of Construction Contract Administration, and a familiarity with Housing Building and relevant regulations.
