We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to support the Trust on employment law matters.

The post holder will provide a professional and confidential employment law service to the Trust and will seek to minimise its exposure to liability and risk. The post holder will be responsible for the management of their own caseload of employment law matters which may include representation at tribunal/court hearings.

The successful candidate will have a m inimum of three years post qualification experience in employment law with a st rong track record of advising employers on a wide range of employment law matters and of defending tribunal claims

This role sits within the Trust's Human Resources Team but with close cross-working with the Legal Services Team.
