Job Description

Working within theEnterpriseFinancial Systems team, your cross-border remit will see you work in close partnership with theBusiness Transformations Leads, offshore technical teams, project managers and finance colleagues to deliverAltairEcoSystem, a bespokeSAPplatform, and other EPRimplementations acrossEMEA &APACtoprestigiousGroupeBrands.

This is an exciting opportunity tomanageproject delivery of the Publicis Groupe'simplementationsstrategyfortheEMEA &APAC Region. You will ensureall aspects of the integration lifecycleare completed on time and successfully managethe brands' operational change.

Youwill be experienced inSAP, Excel, managing large volumes of dataand have a strong finance background. Previous experience in data conversion in SAPimplementation projectsis important.Experience inPowerPointand MS Projects is also helpful.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the SystemsLead, Global MDM team, financial leads and any other relevant teamto understandand manage the delivery of theimplementation project.
  • Gathering Organisational requirements from the Brands and managing their expectations with regards to delivery. Liaise with the Brands to identify and understand critical requirements and enhancements.
  • Liaise with the Global MDM team with regards to thesetupof new companies, manage confidential information within Altair, including security administration; creating and maintaining clients, brands and vendors and other data.
  • Manage Data conversion strategy and transfer of the financial balances (Data).
  • Leading the User Acceptance Testing for each Organisational Change or Implementation.
  • Organising the trainingof key users within the Brands.
  • Project management and administration, including the creation of clear, bespoke project plans andoperational analysis.
  • Develop and record the processes for any Organisational Change or Implementation in Altair, liaising with other regional SystemSupportteams to share knowledge and develop a global approach.
  • Build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including, but not limited to, the Brands, Altair Core Teams, Altair MDM teams, internalSystem Supportand IT teams, andSystem Supportteams from other regions.
  • Travel to other countries where necessary.


Essential Applications and Skills
  • SAP implementation, data cleansing and conversion experience.
  • StrongFinance backgroundincluding reconciliations
  • Abilitytomanagelarge sets of data in Excel.
Important, but not essential
  • Experience in advertising or other marketing firms would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of how agencies and media companies work is a plus.
