Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
  • Train, coach, and supervise team members
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
Requirements:

Management and Architecture
  • Programme Management, large scale transformation programme
  • Execution of Agile architecture definition in an Agile delivery model
  • E2E Architecture definition and strategy experience
  • Cloud Automation experience
  • DevOps strategy and related Op model experience

Environment Design and Delivery
  • Infra background (cloud) with dev knowledge
  • AWS/Azure/GCP certified / experience is a MUST (At least Solution Architect level certification)
  • Chef experience is a MUST
  • Nexus experience for installation packages
  • Ruby programming is a MUST
  • Jira & Confluence experience
  • One of IIS/MS SQL, Tomcat/Linux, Docker knowledge for each resource

DevOps and CICD
  • Developer background
  • Ruby, Python, Java, JSON/XML, JS, NodeJS, NPM MUST
  • Jenkins certified (or equivalent) and chef experience
  • Sonarqube, maven, junit experience
  • Nexus experience for deployment artefacts
  • Code release/review and branching (git flow)
  • CICD pipeline design/implementation experience

Integration and Data
  • Developer background
  • Ruby, Python, Java, JSON/XML, JS, NodeJS, NPM MUST
  • Experience defining e2e data models and integration patterns
  • Sonarqube, maven, junit experience

Operational Readiness
  • Support experience (L1 to L3) for infra, ptf, app
  • Support model definition experience
  • Operational readiness experience (design & test)
  • Automation experience for BAU operations
  • ITSM design and implementation

Support
  • Windows and Linux troubleshooting experience
  • Proactive monitoring experience
  • Knowledge base construction experience
  • Jira & Confluence experience
