Environmental Services Assistant
The Environmental Services Assistant will provide administrative support to the Environmental Services team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, scanning and indexing, data input, post management, key management, petty cash management, invoice management, surveys, questionnaires and mail merges. In addition, ensuring accurate information relating to environmental services contracts, compliance and risks and development of appropriate data management systems.
The successful candidate will have experience if delivering customer service, ability to prioritise and manage own workload, experience of working as a team and have Microsoft Office skills to intermediate level.
All posts are recruited to the recruitment salary and movement to the confirmed salary is based on successful completion of a 6 month probation.
