Calderdale & Huddersfield Solutions Limited is a subsidiary of Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust and provides a comprehensive estates & facilities and procurement service to all properties owned by the Trust. The four major sites in the Trust's property portfolio are Calderdale Royal Hospital, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Broad Street Health Centre and Acre Mills Outpatients. The Trust also owns a number of small residential properties located in the Halifax & Huddersfield areas.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated team player to the position of Estates Officer (Building). Based at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary you will assist in providing support and advice across Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust buildings,. You will be a key player working within the capital team and supporting operational colleagues in the delivery of capital and minor works schemes to Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. The successful post holder will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and management of all building services, ensuring all projects are delivered in compliance with current legislation and guidance.

The position provides an excellent opportunity to join our multi disciplined estates team, with a number of upcoming projects.
