Delivery is getting faster and more convenient for online shoppers around the globe. Delivery Experience team drives programs to ensure Amazon's core delivery offers are sharp and appealing to a wide range of customer segments in a broad set of countries. How many speeds should we offer? How fast should each be? How do our offers match up against competitive alternatives? Do different customer segments have different preferences? What differences should there be in delivery experience for remote areas vs. urban ones? These are just some of the questions Delivery Experience team tackles.
As a Sr Program Manager in the Delivery Experience team, you will drive the deployment across EU of new delivery programs aiming at increasing delivery speed for our customers, and you will manage such programs on a daily basis interacting with partner teams in Customer Service, Transportation, and Customer Fulfillment. You will also contribute shaping the tech roadmap of the WW DEX Tech team to improve customer experience in EU.
This role requires an individual with excellent leadership skills and sound analytical capabilities. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, passionate about the customer and comfortable working with numerous stakeholders across the organization and worldwide.
This position is based in Amazon's EU Headquarters in the city of Luxembourg. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is a diverse and multicultural country located in the heart of Europe, bordered by France, Belgium and Germany, with a total population of around half a million. Luxembourg has Luxembourgish, French and German as national languages, with English spoken by the many expatriates and most locals. Luxembourg boasts a rich cultural scene and a high standard of living.


- Proven experience analyzing and improving the performance of a business
- Base knowledge of a Financial P&L
- Exceptional analytical skills with a great attention to detail
- Ability to dive deep into technical requirements when needed
- An intense customer focus
- Hands-on, results-oriented mentality, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills and the willingness to develop those further
- Enjoys working in international cross-functional team
- Strong communication skills and able to conduct business in English


- MBA is highly desired
- Prior experience in Supply Chain and / or Retail industry preferred
- Language skills in other European languages are a plus
