As a member of the EU Reverse Logistics Operations (ReLo Ops) Quality team, the Program Manager drives ReLo Quality which includes dimensions such as Customer Experience, Asset Recovery, and Concessions. EU ReLo Ops run over 15 Customer Return operation Centres across EU.

The Program Manager fills the Subject Matter Expert (SME) role for some of the crucial processes, product segments, and metric tools. He/she initiates and manages cross-functional, cross-departmental and international projects and improvement programs.

The Program Manager independently analyzes KPI performance and processes, identifies opportunities for process improvement or defect elimination, and achieves process optimization, including new process definition - either for specific product segments, or overall. He/she creates new metric tools, pilots them with Operations partners, and rolls them out across all EU Return Centers. ReLo Ops key metric tools cover all ReLo KPIs on EU Program level as well as Operational level (Return Center and below).

The role will include 30-40% of business travel, mostly across EU.


· You hold a degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or in a related field
· You have experience in managing projects and/or programs
· Expert / advanced skills in business analytics and data mining
· Required excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English, both verbal and written
· Basic SQL/MySQL knowledge
· You have a sincere bias for action and you are passionate about achieving results and driving quality through tools and process improvement
· You have the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· You possess the ability to manage detail and to analytically identify root cause based on data and process observation. Demonstrate effective problem-solving and analytical capability
· You have technical expertise and solution-oriented approach for systems and processes
· Proficient in standard computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
· You are ready and capable of working efficiently in a distributed team
· Willing to travel when required
· You are competent in two or more production or supply chain areas, with an impressive track-record in a similar fast-paced logistics, distribution, manufacturing or engineering environment


· Track record in Program / Project Management role
· Master's degree
· Proficient with SQL/MySQL
· Experience in Reverse Logistics Operations
· Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
· Fluency in any of the following languages: Slovak or Czech, Polish, Spanish
