what you'll be doing

At innocent we're going through an exciting period of growth, getting our drinks into the fridges of more drinkers across Europe and we're looking for someone brilliant to join our newly formed European Insight and Category strategy team as an Insight & Planning Manager.

You'll report into our Head of Consumer Insight & Planning, and work closely with the wider category & insights team and our central brand and portfolio teams to help drive strategic change. You'll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to understanding consumer behaviour and help us on our journey to ensure the voice of the consumer is at the heart of all decision making.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will champion the voice of the consumer in everything we do. Engaging the wider company with the work the insights team does and building enthusiasm about our target consumers and their behaviours.

• You will be a strategic partner to the central brand & portfolio teams, delivering actionable insight to drive decisions on positioning, pack, product, and comms to ensure category development and growth

• You will pioneer best in class and agile research methodologies whilst building strong and collaborative relationships with research agencies.

• You will join the dots between category and consumer data, drawing meaningful conclusions and presenting a clear narrative to stakeholders within the business to enable decision making

• You will work cross functionally, building relationships & influencing at all levels of the business, bringing together different opinions to build common solutions

you'll have

•We're looking for someone who's a tip top Insight Planner, with experience of both qual & quant techniques, with key focus on using insight to drive decision making

• You need to be commercially aware, and be comfortable making recommendations, grounded in consumer insight, and importantly in a clear and actionable way.

• A curiosity and passion for understanding consumers, championing best in class methodologies to get under the skin of what makes our consumers tick, and always keeping the business focussed on what's right for our consumer.

• You'll be skilled at connecting numerous data and insight sources and translating these into simple & compelling narratives that the business can action

You'll need to be talented at juggling lots of different projects, with good influencing skills and the ability to bring together thinking from multiple stakeholders.
