Job Description

  • Day-to-day inbox management - responsibility to flag anything which requires immediate attention.
  • Diary management - complete ownership to ensure there are no clashes, meeting requests are in the diary and any work deadlines are noted/pre meets are scheduled.
  • Liaise with clients and media owners on a daily basis, organising meetings and workshops.
  • Team communications- ensuring teams are updated on agency news, companywide deadlines etc.
  • Manage and support the Managing Director's leadership teams as well as ad hoc admin requests from more junior members of the teams.
  • Build a strong working relationship with other parts of the business and be the point of contact for all your Directors.


  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan, think ahead, be proactive and demonstrate a good eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with the team, other departments, clients and media owners
  • A great team player who supports on projects, makes sure work deadlines are met, always ahead of the game and acts fast if priorities change
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
