Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.
About the role

As PwC continues to experience exponential growth, there is increased demand to attract senior talent to lead and build our business by building trust in society and solving important problems. Underpinning this key value, our in-house Executive Search function collaborates with senior leaders within the UK business and supports the firm's executive level hiring needs across a number of functions within our lines of service.

We are currently expanding the team and investing across the platform which means we are now on the lookout for another Executive Search Manager, to help us work towards our purpose and operating within the framework of our common values whilst managing a portfolio of client relationships; overseeing searches end to end, from strategy through to execution; working collaboratively with a team of executive search specialists to deliver value to the firm via catalyst hires.

With this in mind, we are seeking an experienced executive search professional with a specialization in the identification, attraction and assessment of executive level talent along with the tenacity to build and maintain strong senior relationships across the firm. Your primary focus will be on helping to scale delivery capability to support senior level hiring across any number of businesses through the active management of executive level mandates.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively managing a number of senior relationships within the lines of service and business units.
  • Building relationships with key senior stakeholders to create a consolidated and ongoing view on executive hiring needs, whilst also taking over a number of existing portfolios and client groups.
  • Operating as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the various businesses, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • End to end management of senior level requisitions, from initial brief through to successful completion
  • Supporting on succession planning, talent mapping and research to identify the competitive landscape and key target individuals
  • Defining the candidate value proposition, managing candidate outreach and engagement strategy.
  • Conducting detailed competency-based assessments on identified candidates and managing them through the process
  • Managing the offer process alongside partner office colleagues.
  • Managing best practice processes & ensuring all processes adhere to GDPR and firm guidelines
  • Providing a world class candidate experience to support the higher touch service expectations of executive level talent
  • Delivering key metrics, analytics and reporting to the Head of Executive Search to enable tracking and measurement of performance and ROI of executive level mandates, including time, candidate quality, service quality, cost, tenure & diversity KPIs
  • Providing strategic talent intelligence to key stakeholders on candidate and competitor activity in the talent market
  • Supporting hiring manager coaching and behavioral based interview training, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisions
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Relevant experience in tier 1 or tier 2 Executive Search firms, in-house executive recruitment function or a client facing Consulting, Market Research or Human Capital Advisory role
  • Prior experience in (preferred but not limited to) professional services, legal services or the technology sector
  • Proven ability to remain agile and effective in an often ambiguous environment
  • Strong behavioural based interviewing experience
  • Deep knowledge and proven success of executive search techniques
  • Well versed with tools for managing senior level talent
  • Experience of people management preferred but not essential
