All successful applicants will be required to complete the company's induction programme. The Fundamental (Statutory and Mandatory) training will be in an e-learning format. You will be required to complete training modules online (approx. 9-14 hours depending on post) in your own time prior to any unconditional offer being made.

Summerhill Services Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust, focusing on delivering the highest standard of Facilities Management services to the Trust.

BSMHFT provides a comprehensive mental healthcare service for residents of Birmingham and Solihull, and a range of specialist mental health services to communities across the West Midlands and beyond.

We are current seeking a number of experienced administrators for our Facilities department (combined estates, catering and hotel services). These roles will be based at various locations across Birmingham including:
Erdington,
Bordesley Green/Small Heath
Edgbaston
Rubery/Northfield

You will have:
  • Experience of administration at a high level
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication and excellent inter-personal skills
  • The ability to use initiative and work autonomously
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and manage competing demands
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to equality
  • Respect for confidentiality
  • Awareness of Mental Health
Each position is 30hrs hours per week, working Monday - Friday.
