An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the RNIB Facilities team at our specialist Supported Housing service for blind and partially sighted adults.

In this role the successful applicant will provide a high level facilities service ensuring that premises and equipment are maintained within a safe operating environment.

The ideal applicant will have experience of delivering a maintenance and facilities service. You will carry out maintenance duties including managing contractors who carry out planned maintenance; you will also undertaking reactive maintenance, including painting and decorating, plumbing, carpentry, plastering and gardening. It is important that candidates have a good knowledge of health and safety in the workplace and conducting risk assessments.
