Job Title - Facilities Maintenance Technician
Salary - £28,000 to £34,000 dependant on experience, plus Veolia benefits *listed below
Location - Wavertree, Liverpool
Hours - 40 hrs
What you’ll do
In a fast-paced environment, you will be working for our onsite team, you will be responsible for the Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive maintenance/repairs. Processes include, Refrigeration, LPHW, Steam, Chilled Water, AHUs, LTHW, Compressed Air, CO2, Nitrogen, CIP Systems, Lifting Equipment, BMS, Access, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler System, Fire Suppression, HV, LV System, AC, Dust Extraction, Lifts and External Grounds.
As part of a 2 man team, you will also be responsible for managing Subcontractors on-site and ensuring all procedures are followed. Some call out cover may be required.

The experience you will need
Must be an apprentice trained Electrical/multi-skilled Engineer (with strong mechanical knowledge), qualified to at least C&G Level 3 or equivalent
Must have experience in a Facilities Management role
Knowledge of current H&S issues and safe working systems such as PTW.
You will have a sound understanding of IT systems and the ability to work on a tablet-based asset management system.
Must have proven organisation, planning and time management skills and able to cope with numerous issues simultaneously and capable of prioritising tasks.
Any further qualifications (i.e. Mechanical or Air Conditioning etc)
Refrigeration Systems maintenance
Experience working in a Food Industry / commercial Office
Low Voltage - Experience / Qualification - Current or expired
High Voltage - Experience / Qualification - Current or expired
Legionella Risks and Asbestos awareness
