Kettering General Hospital is offering a rare opportunity to be involved in both Financial management and the capital arm of Financial Services. The Trust is looking for a business analyst to support the extensive capital programme in the Trust and the financial management needs of the Estates and IT Directorates. We are looking for a permanent experienced Finance Analyst to assist with all aspects of financial management information collation within the finance department. You will be required to be an expert user of excel with strong analytical skills. Previous experience and or knowledge of both financial management and capital accounting would be an advantage.

The post holder will be expected to assist the Business Partner to provide robust monthly budgetary reporting, variance analysis and regular provision of forecasts, enabling an effective financial management service to be provided to the budget holders and managers within the Trust.

Good interpersonal and communication, especially verbal skills, are essential with an ability to work as part of a team.
