FINANCE ASSISTANT - CREDITORS

BAND 3

37.5 HOURS

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Financial Assistant to join our Creditors team at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

The team is responsible for payment of all supplier invoices within agreed terms.

Duties include:

Processing invoices and credit notes for payment

Ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively

Calculating monthly expenditure commitments

Knowledge of computerised purchase ledger, together with an understanding of procurement and stores systems is essential.

Confidence to deal with a range of people and the ability to work well under pressure and in a methodical manner is essential.
