Finance Assistant

For our Finance Teamin Skanska Property Romania we are looking for Finance Assistant. In this role,you will have the opportunity to be exposed to both Commercial Developmentstream, and as well to Construction stream and gain business knowledge by supportinginternal customer needs and contributeto their success.

You will be responsible for the following keyresponsibilities and activities:

  • Work closely with our Finance team and cooperate with our company networkwithin Romania and other countries;
  • Assisting the Financial Manager in daily tasks;
  • Assessing business risks and communicating its observations tostakeholders;
  • Exposure to various stages of operational risk management;
  • Compiling data, creating and generating reports;
  • Assists the Finance department in the development and implementation ofaccounting and controlling systems;
  • Follows the implementation of controlling measures (the correct use ofcost centers);
  • Assists all employees and follows closely the preparation of the expensereports according to the company policies and procedures;
  • Responsible for managing the insurances of the company;
  • Follows and manages the validity of commercial contracts;
  • Responsible for archiving fiscal and accounting documents;
  • Provides support to the financial department and ensures thecommunication flow in relation with the fiscal authorities;
  • Ensures the smooth running of the process regarding all payments tosuppliers and partners; Works on continuously improving the processesassociated with payments;
  • Regularly participates in strategic meetings with internal and externalcollaborators that provide accounting services in order to streamline processesand mitigate the risks associated with them;

You are a perfect candidate for us, if you have:

  • Good interpersonal skills, open attitude and a collaborative approach;
  • Graduated or currently under graduation of Accounting, Finance or relevantstudies;
  • Knowledge of the primary accounting, banking payments or similarinvolving numerical skills;
  • Knowledge of the computer programs, including Microsoft Office andespecially Microsoft Excel;
  • Very good English both inwritten and communication;
