About the Role :
Finance Business Partner will help our Regional MD and the Group Leadership team address key commercial and business challenges in the Asia region.The role will interface with the Executive leadership all the way to in territory individual sales contributors, so the ability to foster strong trusted working relationships is paramount.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Observe, support and constructively challenge regular sales pipeline reviews
  • Lead the regular sales forecasts process in territory, working with central FP&A and Sales Ops
  • Lead the conversion of those sales forecasts into revenue forecasts including both revenue recognition as well as cash flow forecasting
  • Help coach local teams and individuals around pricing ensuring application of SHL policies and delegated authority, as well as helping liaising with central Pricing team.
  • Help the Regional MD review their resource deployment and development plans
  • Help analyze and monitor Sales and Professional Services productivity
  • Assist Regional MD with performance analysis
  • On an Ad-hoc basis provide sales teams support with clients financial issues
  • Work with Central and local teams to produce budgets and re-forecasts
  • Pastoral oversight over finance team members located in India including members (management accounting, OTC, financial accounting, AP and Tax)
  • Ensuring local compliance (tax, statutory filings, any other government surveys/reports)
  • Streamline current processes to increase efficiency
  • Providing insightful financial analysis on revenue to improve business performance and support decision making
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified finance professional with considerable commercial experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to support and run change programmes.
  • Experience within sales driven business to business environments.

  • Excellent communication skills and able to work with commercial and operational leaders in the company.
