Finance Systems Support Analyst

This role is responsible for providing the first line of technical finance system support to the Global Finance team
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert to FT's finance systems
Provide effective and efficient reporting and operational system support to the Global Finance team and the business users
Handle end-to-end incident management; ensure that tickets are assessed, monitored, and resolved within the identified team’s standards
Follow defined escalation processes and control procedures in ticket resolution and vendor management
Collaborate with third party service providers to ensure that system changes are properly implemented as per the agreed requirement and modifications set by the company
Manages assigned finance systems projects that may include but not limited to coordination, testing, implementation and documentation of system changes and upgrades
Participate in and perform special tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time
Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology or related
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in using Oracle or other similar finance systems
Effective Communication – Can convey clear and convincing oral and written communication with the business. Able to effectively take into account the audience and nature of information being presented
Customer Focus - Take action to meet customer needs and concerns. Ability to understand customer issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently
Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluates alternatives and make recommendations

Collaboration with Peers – Coordinates with teams across department, organisation, and global boundaries; Builds and maintains a broad network of relationships with the aim of promoting and developing the organisation
