Citizens Advice is a leading provider of debt advice and financial capability services across England and Wales. As part of this, and in line with the priorities of the sector, we place a great deal of emphasis on preventative money advice. To support this work, Citizens Advice has a team focused on money advice development covering debt and energy advice alongside financial capability. Reporting to the Money Advice Development Manager, this role is responsible for the development and delivery of the programmes of work under the financial capability strategy.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with significant experience of financial capability work who will provide lead technical expertise in all internal and external financial capability / consumer education projects including but not exclusively; forums, learning resources, regulatory compliance, events and sector projects, harnessing available resources across Citizens Advice.

We are a member of the race equality campaign at Business in the Community, the Prince’s responsible business network and are committed to improving employment opportunities for ethnic minorities across the UK. We also welcome applications from, LGB and Trans and non binary candidates.
