Location: Reporting office is Stratford, daily travel to London North sites inside of the M25

Following changes to the structure of the L&Q Development department an opportunity has arisen in our North Division. We are seeking a driven, committed and enthusiastic construction industry professional. 

We have a vacancy for a trade’s person experienced in working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment. The ability to deliver high quality work is a given and the post holder must have a customer focused, right first time attitude with an ability to undertake a variety of multi-trade tasks within a customer’s home.  As well as having these attributes, the post holder will work collaboratively with others and will carry out inspections and repairs.

The position will involve working on schemes outside London. A full UK Driving Licence will be required as an L&Q van will be provided for this role.
