is actively looking for a driven and proactive Associate to join the growing finance team in our Dubai office.

As part of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for the production of cost budgets, forecasts, and analysis for the business across the region. You will be business partnering with department heads and senior stakeholders to plan and track spending in line with the business' annual roadmap, ultimately integrating this information into group reporting.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and capable of independent work, as both business partners to departments and internal finance teams across the organization's entities. You should be organized, adaptable to the changing demands of the role, and have a desire to understand the business and build scalable processes.

What you'll do
    • This position will be supporting the Region's reporting, planning, and forecasting exercises, including Annual budget Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.
    • Produce overall monthly reporting pack for the Region, delivering timely, accurate, and value-adding decision support to the regions' management.
    • Monitor KPIs and financial performance against budget/forecast and provide analysis and insights into opportunities and risks to the business teams in a timely manner.
    • Develop financial models to providing financial management support to business partners and business reviews where required and appropriate.
    • Supporting implementations to drive productivity improvements and efficiencies within the region's FP&A function.
    • Supporting the modeling and analytics of management reviews for planning and forecasting.
    • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process
    • Support alignments to reporting requirements for decision support, along with coordinating with relevant stakeholders and champion advancement of the regions' reporting and analytical capabilities.
    • Work closely with wider FP&A and Accounting team; help improve reporting process and tools.
    • Provide assistance and support for a variety of ad hoc initiatives, including process enhancements

About you
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance (or related)/ ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA
    • 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably finance business partnering
    • Advanced Excel skills, experience with building financial / budgeting models, including macros & tools to support large modeling
    • Ability to translate business requirements/queries into financial analysis and financial projections/models.
    • Individual contributor with extensive hands-on experience. Able to work independently and drive projects to completion.
    • Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment with high-performing teams.
    • Experience with leading / participating in report automation and process improvement projects
    • Ability to form data into useful information for Finance & business functional leaders
    • Track record in improving financial planning & reporting activities
