Senior Associate

We are looking for a D365 HR Consultant that will help deliver successful ERP implementations with clients in a variety of industries.

The D365 HR Consultant will collaborate with clients and PwC's internal team of architects, developers, data managers, testers and project managers in solution delivery. They will also help respond to tenders and promote the capabilities of D365 HR in the firm's Microsoft Community of Practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience of D365 HR implementations and have identified opportunities to solve client problems using the wider Microsoft stack (e.g. Power Platform)..

We would like to hear from candidates that are certified in D365 and the Power Platform.

You will be:
  • A functional consultant, with experience implementing D365 HR
  • A candidate with an understanding of HR business processes
  • A candidate with knowledge and experience of D365 HR modules
  • A candidate with confident communication/ stakeholder management.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to tenders
  • Business analysis, process mapping and workstream management
  • Functional design and configuration
  • Testing (during delivery and SIT/SAT)
  • End user training
  • Go live support.
