About the Role

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Initially, you may work within any of the following areas, and later grow to specialise in a particular area/s: Change Management, Transition, Organisation Design, Capability Development, Leadership, Strategic Workforce Planning, Cultural Change, Behavioural Change, Benefits Realisation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Managing and supporting the delivery of end to end projects, from design through to implementation, working closely with client stakeholders and other PwC specialists.
  • Assisting in scoping and planning of client deliverables, working alongside other workstreams such as technology, operating model, process, and system design.
  • Conducting interviews, delivering workshops, and analysing client documents and data to help develop a clear understanding of current state and future development.
  • Taking a lead role in the delivery of workstreams, and using real time data to inform delivery and iterate approach.
  • Managing teams, ensuring performance objectives are set and monitored and regular feedback is provided.
  • Contributing to People Centred Change methodology, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities in new/existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex, technical, people oriented challenges.

Essential Skills
  • Experience in delivery of end to end projects
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to resolve complex problems
  • Experience in process mapping
  • Use of technology and data to deliver programmes
  • Experience in managing small teams of people and projects
  • Ability to develop close working relationships both internally and externally
  • Proficient with Google sheets, docs and slides.
  • Financially literate
  • Degree level education or equivalent

  • Wider Operational experience in at least one of the following disciplines
    • Technology enabled change
    • Strategy development and implementation
    • Organisation design
    • Talent management
    • Human Resources and Employee Relations
    • Communications and engagement
  • Experience of working in large public and/or private sector clients.
  • Further personal/ industry qualifications such as ACA, CIPD or MBA
  • Understanding ofthe use of data analytics and visualisation techniques
  • Experience working in professional services/consulting
