The Global Cross Border Exports team innovates, builds and operates cross-border e-commerce shipping, fulfillment and customs capabilities to enable global growth and expansion. The Cross Border Exports team is looking for a strong candidate for the role of Global Deployment Program Manager. In this role the successful candidate will understand Amazons Fulfillment Network and will develop optimized processes to handle exports shipments. They will develop metrics and process flow management controls to find areas where our network is not working optimally, and develop solutions and project plans to remedy the issues. The successful candidate will thrive off waking up daily and determining how well we performed to our goals, and how we satisfied our customers today. Knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations is a key strength for the ideal candidate. Functional knowledge of data an analysis tools, standard deviation fundamentals and graphical data presentation models to highlight wins and misses will be integral to this role. A successful candidate will be able to show proven results in developing action plans as well as improvements implemented as a result of those plans. Additionally a successful candidate will be able to display strength influencing cross functional teams to take action on the data, as well as developing action items to improve results over the short and long term.

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in supply chain, engineering, trade compliance, or similar field
· 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, transportation or applicable experience
· Proficient knowledge in customs brokerage, international trade and/or B2C exports/imports logistics
· 3+ years experience in logistics integrations
· 3+ years experience managing enterprise scale programs/projects


· Masters' Degree
· Excellent business writing and communication skills to peers and senior leadership
· Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematics and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
· Excellent people skills to guarantee cross functional alignments and process implementations.
· Comfortable with ambiguities, conflicting priorities and multi-cultural and matrix environment and to work under pressure and aggressive timelines.
· SQL, Data Analysis and Excel savvy.
