Job Description

The Global Implementation Lead is an important and newly created position that will play a key role in delivering advertising and media-related language services to the wider Publicis Groupe companies. This role will report into the Managing Partners and will be an integral part of the senior leadership team, working closely with Sales and Operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Client on-boarding including the leading of dedicated department within translate plus focussed on providing services (transcreation, VO and also other general linguistic services) to Publicis agencies. The role is supported by the Transcreation & Production Operations Manager and their operational teams as well as Account Managers
  • Role will be responsible for improving the teams and department structure and will also support with talent recruitment assessment and creation of our transcreation project teams on a senior level
  • Proactively seeking new business and growth opportunities within Publicis Groupe
  • Strategic relationship building and stakeholder management on a group level as well as client relationship building with major international brands
  • Attending client meetings
  • Full accountability for the successful delivery of communication projects
  • Brand promotion - being a translate plus ambassador across the group
  • Evaluation of management information reports, SLAs, KPIs and ensure achievement of all team objectives in line with agreed RACIs
  • Efficient trouble shooting - identifying potential challenges before they become issues and putting in place measures to ensure standards are maintained
  • Coordination with the team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures and evaluate all implementation for team

Skills and experience required for Global Implementation Lead:
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, additional languages are a bonus
  • 10 years+ professional experience in a similar role within advertising/production
  • Proven experience in working on a global level and with international brands
  • Strong understanding of operational workflow and account management especially within transcreation and VO recordings
  • Strong knowledge of voice over procedures, quoting, rate cards, buyout fees and usage rights, etc.
  • Pro-active, detail oriented and highly organised
  • Genuine passion for languages and production
