Global Mobility Assistant

You will take ownership of global mobility administration processes and data, ensuring that it is accurate and reported to Payroll and HR to enable the business to have visibility of their mobile workforce, and ensure they are paid correctly. You'll help to automate processes and suggest smarter ways of working, ensuring the Global Mobility function is as efficient as possible. Once those processes have been improved, the business will look to develop you and give you more exposure to interaction with assignees.
You will bring at least a year of experience in Global Mobility so that you can immediately support the team. An understanding of assignee management, pay, tax and social security will be a major benefit to the business. Your previous experience of using a system or software to make processes more efficient and automate manual tasks will enable you to progress rapidly.
