Re:Sources is looking for a person to join our Global Mobility team and support our EMEA Mobility program operations. When our brands have mobility needs, Re:Sources provides solutions. We help them as swiftly and as impressively as possible. Our mobility team supports with everything that involves cross border travel including tax, relocation support, and immigration. We are a team of experts that excels in supporting our brands to move seamlessly across borders, managing risk and compliance all while providing excellent customer service.

The Regional Mobility Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating and administering all activities within the end-to-end mobility lifecycle with focus on Netherlands & Nordics and other European Countries. You will ensure the reliable adoption of regional specific standard global mobility processes and policies to maintain compliance. You will act as the mobility subject matter expert and best practice leader for region specific activities to support assignee and stakeholder experience. You will support the consistent standards and guidelines for data collection, reporting and act as a mentor/ line manager to more junior staff. The role can be based in the UK or the Netherlands.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*:
  • Provide EMEA subject matter expertise to ensure value-added mobility services
  • Promote Mobility services across all Solution Hubs
  • Set up and promote Mobility services and processes for new countries
  • Consult and guide business teams, (senior) stakeholders and internal teams on all mobility related matters, including policy, process, income tax, immigration, social security and local labour law
  • Partner with the Chief Talent Officers of the Solutions/ Agencies and EMEA Mobility Director to implement and improve the quality of overall Mobility service delivery within your specific region
  • Contribute to the evolution of policies and processes that support the international mobility needs of the organization
  • Provide Payroll and shadow payroll oversight
  • Ensuring consistent compliance for all assignments
  • Supporting operational staff on complex case management and advising internal management on complex assignment issues
  • Work and collaborate with team members and stakeholders in India, EMEA, APAC and North America
  • Work with external providers and authorities to ensure compliance and assignee support
  • Participate in global mobility related projects
  • Compiling, analyzing and interpreting data to monitor performance against standards in respect to services
  • Leading / participating in client meetings to enhance relationships
  • Acting as a point of escalation for the global mobility team and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree with proven long-term experience in the field of international assignment management / global mobility
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience working within the field of international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management
  • Strong understanding of global mobility policies in regards to traditional assignment planning, as well international transfer planning
  • Minimum of 4 years Payroll experience in support of international assignments
  • Understanding of regional tax, social security, labour law and immigration regulations
  • Understanding of general Compensation & Benefits topics
  • Must have exceptional operational, people, analytical and technical skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and or Swedish
  • German, French and other languages desirable
