We’re looking for a Governance Manager to effectively manage our governance team and provide an efficient secretariat for the charity’s trustee board, committees and executive team.
You will have previous experience of managing/leading a team, with an ability to build excellent effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. A creative and pragmatic thinker, you will also have excellent communication skills and have experience supporting corporate governance functions.
