The successful candidates will be joining a fast growing Microsoft team that works across various industries. The candidates are likely to have a delivery background in Microsoft solutions and/or other ERP/CRM platforms.

Working with our clients' leadership teams, our technology delivery leads are responsible for delivering technology enabled business transformation programs.

They will have a wealth of hands on experience gained from consulting or from a systems integrator type environment. Well practised in an agile delivery lifecycle approach, the delivery lead will manage all stages of the project lifecycle, tenaciously driving through troubleshooting and issue resolution to keep delivery on track. The delivery lead will be required to scope, size and pull together multi-disciplined teams to deliver and drive forward the solution.

They will be expected to be a 'hands on' delivery practitioner; able to motivate and robustly drive a team through a complex plan of work. They have a well-developed technical background coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.

The role requires the following attributes:
  • Recognised as a trusted adviser, with a track record of delivering successful technology solutions that support the organisational strategic vision and goals
  • Demonstrate working to the best industry standards and ensure that the delivery of the solutions are pragmatic, timely and aligned to the clients business objectives and security requirements
  • Have 10+ years' hands on experience as a technical delivery lead, with a track record of delivering complex projects including emerging technology and cloud components
  • Ideally have technology delivery experience that relates to one or more of the following Microsoft business solutions. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, BI and Data
  • Ability to engage with enterprise application/cloud product vendors in order to deliver services
  • Experience of managing offshore teams through delivery will be highly beneficial
  • An inspiring team leader, able to rapidly establish and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary, cross geography teams, drawn from across PwC, our clients' staff and third party organisations
  • Able to flex influencing styles in order to build strong sustainable relationships, and demonstrate the firm's values
  • Able to explore opportunities and seek to understand if they are commercially right for the firm in the context of our Purpose. Lead client delivery engagements with focus on profitability and long-term sustainable growth for the firm and clients
  • Able to anticipate client's needs and deliver high quality, value-added services and solutions which elevate the profile of the firm in the eyes of the client' executive
  • A confident written and verbal communicator, able to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences, and work effectively with non-technical colleagues and business executives
  • An inspirational leader, used to managing teams of consultants, analysts, technologists and third party suppliers to develop detailed solutions, costs, timescales and methods for delivery of technology solutions
  • Experience of practice build within an organisation will be beneficial
  • Ability to deliver these services across a range of clients. Experience of delivering these Microsoft solutions in the public sector and pharmaceutical industries will be of benefit but is not essential.
