If so, then we are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and driven NAM to join our ever-expanding UK retail team. You will be central to unlocking new customers, whilst leveraging existing synergies through our new partners at Unilever.  

The role, National Account Manager (NAM)...

We’re on the lookout for NAM (potentially a SNAM!), working across Convenience or Wholesale.

Explode new business as we step up our focus in OOH.

Build new capabilities through our brand new partnership with Unilever

What you’ll be responsible for...

You will be responsible for delivering the company’s Sales and Profit targets for the channel, with full P&L accountability and budget management.

You will build the channel strategy, then develop relationships focusing on Convenience/Wholesale.

Retail Pricing/Promotions/Investment Levels and for any direct relationship end Customers also: Share of Shelf/Visibility at POS/Distribution across range.

Owning the channel demand forecast, working collaboratively with Supply to ensure minimal Out Of Stocks.

You will feed back channel insight to the business and deliver performance course-correcting plans

You will own all channel admin

What we are looking for in you... 

You are results orientated, think commercially (you know what a great deal looks like), and value every pound, and be a great sales-person and brand ambassador.

You’ve have ideally delivered in a fast growing, branded FMGC company for at least 2 years

Ideally, you have had full P&L responsibility.

You enjoy being stretched and would welcome the opportunity to wear many hats in a fast growing business.

Formal negotiation training is a plus (GAP, Sentinel) but not an essential.

Super organised, you’ll be establishing and managing a large number of accounts across the UK so you’ll have to be able to multitask.

Have a passion for working within a small, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small.

Get up to speed, learn the business and meet your customers

Build an account strategy to unlock growth in line with the business priorities

Have bag loads of energy, pro-actively looking for ways to do things fast and smarter

Build great partnerships both internally and externally to deliver your winning plan

Demonstrate great leadership supporting your direct report with coaching and development
