Job Title GRC Service Manager

Location EMEA

As the Application Service Manager, you will be accountable for the overall management of the GRC services as operated across the EMEA and APAC region in relation to our SAP estate. These services focus on the policies, processes and controls designed to ensure licence compliance and user profile governance. This focusses on 5 core aspects:
Performance management of the SAP GRC services and in particular the management of vendors delivering the GRC services, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations. Provide subject matter expertise and resolve complex role design activities. Manage internal and external audits. Align services with Business Change and KTLO projects and meet the requirement for new role definitions and design. Accountable for the tooling, applications used to deliver the service, together with automation and service improvement.

What You Will Do

For this role you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of application services such as but not limited to monitoring, maintenance and incident and problem resolution for any issue across these services with the application support partner. Another aspect of this role will be the maintenance of the policies, standards and processes needed to support the Application services and working with security to agree changes for these. In addition to this you will ensure IT Operations has the correct model in place to deliver the necessary Application services to the business.

What Will You Bring To the Role
  • Thorough and detailed understanding of SAP GRC activities related to the key applications
  • Excellent understanding of managing user access including Segregation of Duties processes and policies in an SAP environment
  • Experience of working with an off / near shore support model, and of managing and collaborating with outsourced third-party suppliers of SAP GRC related services.
  • Excellent vendor management capabilities including extensive experience of deploying and managing suppliers within a formal supplier relationship management model. This includes the ability to define and manage suppliers to contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Proven experience of managing internal and external audit activities and driving resulting actions to an appropriate conclusion in a timely manner.
  • Experience of dealing with internal / external customers, vendors, suppliers and key stakeholders in a controlled SAP GRC environment.
  • A strong understanding or organisation design and operation, and its impact on GRC activities and compliance conflicts.
