We have in-house development teams that use a series of lean agile processes to ensure an iterative and incremental approach to Product Development. We promote rapid and flexible responses to change, therefore creating business agility. We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Group Technology team to facilitate delivery. 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a track record of successfully leading agile teams and is also experienced in the delivery of Waterfall projects. 


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct and manage the overall project delivery, ensuring that the agreed outcomes are delivered.

  • Report on the status of delivery, ensuring that key stakeholder are kept up-to-date

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies - Planning, Demos and Retrospectives - with the teams 

  • Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders on team goals 

  • Empower and coach teams to self organise and improve, ensuring solid processes and good discipline 

  • Work with your teams to maximise throughput with quality, innovation and automation at the heart 

  • Identify and remove issues, risks and impediments that would affect teams and business area 

  • Use collaborative techniques to bring about team changes 

  • Organise releases and distribute release communications 

  • Track work using the appropriate  planning tools Jira, Trello, Clarizen etc




Skills required

  • Experience in facilitating teams using Scrum and/or Kanban 

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style as appropriate

  • Customer focussed - seeking and appropriately incorporating the relevant customer feedback 

  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working - techniques and practices

  • Experience working on workplace, Infrastructure and platform projects

  • Developing new operating models 

  • Experience in forming new teams, including hiring permanent and contract staff

  • Demonstrable experience of planning, estimating, metrics and financial budget management 

  • Experience in project progress reporting - via reports and meetings to key stakeholders

  • Experience in coaching and facilitation 

  • Project Management certifications eg PRINCE2, Scrum and/or Kanban 


  • Familiarity with some of the tools our Network Engineering teams use:

    • Cisco Product Family

    • Different Firewall Technologies

    • Solarwinds

    • Tufin

  • Understanding of Data Center and Site Cabling and Facilities Requirements

  • Use of Project Planning and Metrics tool such as Clarizen, Screenful etc 

  • Use of GSuite 

  • Media sector

  • Experience in Cloud migration projects

  • Use of Devops toolsets & template architectures
