Job Description

The Head of Commerce Activation willlead the Commerce Activation Hub which means aligning activation teams into a virtual hub with central co-ordination, workflow management, resource allocation and ensuring consistent pricing and documentation. The Head of Commerce Activation will be responsible for designing best in class commerce activation across 4 pillars: Commerce Experience, Commerce Media, Commerce Data and Commerce Platforms.

They are the voice of the Activation Hub in London and are fundamental to building good working relationships with the delivery teams in the COEs and package the work effectively to clients to realise the opportunity.

This role ensures the successful delivery of client and Groupe projects on time and on budget via achievable capacity planning, effective communication, and motivation of the design, development and consulting teams.


  • Significant experience in project management i.e from concept through to delivery (as well as experience with quality assurance) -Analytical mindset & eye for detail
  • Understanding of common agile methodologies, including SCRUM
  • Ideally previous experience in commerce (broader digital, media or retail experience ideal)
