Our UK-wide building team has built a reputation for high quality offices in Commercial and Mixed-used developments, Healthcare, Custodial, Defence, and Education. Our award-winning projects include 52 Lime Street, 30 St Mary Axe, Bristol Schools, St Bartholomew and the Royal London Hospitals to name a few.

Currently we are looking for Head of Document Control to provide leadership, technical expertise and support through all aspects of document control (CDE) processes for all projects within our Building Division.

This is a key role where you will lead a team of document controllers driving excellence, business improvement and implementation of the highest standards of document control processes our clients have come to expect.

You Will:

  • Be the client and design team point of contact for all bids and current contracts.
  • Provide people leadership, training & development of all Document Controllers, V4P users both internally and externally
  • Act as the main point of contact for all BSI Audits and queries in relation to PAS 1192 and ISO 19650
  • Establish & drive compliance with company standards/ OWOW
  • Develop a high performing team of Document Controllers underneath you.
  • Drive business Improvement - establish CDE templates & workflows

We're Looking For:

  • Extensive working knowledge/experience in use and set-up of Viewpoint for Projects (4P) across range of project types & values
  • Working knowledge in a range of CDE's to comply with BIM Level 2/ PAS 1192-2
  • Working knowledge of the design & build construction process
  • Proven experience of leading a team(s) of document controllers.
  • An Effective communicator - internal & external
