Job Description

An experienced Head of Paid Social is required to run and develop the Spark Performics' Paid Social team which is around 10 people. The ideal candidate, therefore, should be equally adept at managing client strategy and departmental strategy, with a confident viewpoint on the Paid Social landscape and a strong record of new business wins.

Key Duties include:
  • To lead, manage and motivate the Paid Social team
  • To direct and evangelise Performics' vision for the Paid Social channel
  • To develop a strong understanding of the Rolex brand and how Paid Social can deliver on the client's goals
  • To develop strong relationships with all key clients
  • To identify and capitalise upon growth opportunities within Performics' existing client base
  • To contribute strongly to winning new business opportunities
The successful candidate will have:
  • A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
  • Exceptionally strong presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrable success of managing and growing a team
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally with experience working with social platform APIs, cross-device attribution solutions, FMPs etc.
