Working for RNIB Group means working for one of the UK's biggest charities. We're looking for a customer-focused Head of Property. In this role you will provide strategic advice to RNIB on the optimal use and management of our portfolio of properties to further our mission to significantly and positively impact the lives of blind and partially-sighted people.

You'll lead the national property strategy and develop processes for effective property planning. You will also manage the estates team and oversee facilities across our estate.

As a pivotal member of our management team you will deliver the budget and work in partnership with colleagues to ensure that clear objectives are set for the holding and utilisation of property and property service provision.

Your demonstrable experience in leading and managing portfolios of multiple and diverse properties will be crucial to your success in the role.

Whatever your sector background, you'll bring a successful track record of negotiating and consulting with property and legal advisors, and you will have a detailed working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law and other legislation and regulations relative to the scope of the post.
