Ankorstore was founded in 2019 and has recently closed a €250 million Series C funding. We already have over 450 employees and want to continue to scale strongly. We are convinced that proximity is key to bring the most of our value to our business partners and this is why we want to build a team of talent in Brand Management.

Reporting to one of the founders, you will drive both the strategy and end-to-end process for development of key strategic partnerships, including identification of opportunities, pipeline development/management, strategic relationship development, negotiation and closing, and the day-to-day management of established partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys designing and building 'win-win' partnership approaches and developing key strategic relationships that drive organizational growth.

About your role
  • Identify and research the big brands and make recommendations on new business partnerships and opportunities that will extend the reach of and engagement with Ankorstore initiatives
  • Make the first contact, and conduct negotiations phase with the CPoO
  • Convince iconic brands to build exclusivity with Ankorstore and develop their business in Europe.
  • Responsible for undertaking market research to create and maintain a profound understanding of the education landscape and developments within it including customer and member needs.
  • Responsible for monitoring market trends and undertaking competitor analysis.
  • Work with appropriate departments and teams to ensure that our commercial partnerships and the products and services that develop from them anticipate and meet those needs. Act as the Ankorstore champion for the commercial view.

Preferred Experience
  • Brands obsessed with a thorough knowledge of game changers that impact the market
  • Passionate about brands and expertise in retail
  • Excellent commercial and negociation skills
  • Experience with company-wide collaboration with senior leadership and team members, the analysis and evaluation of potential benefits, partnership cadences and reporting, tracking-to-success, meeting orchestration and leadership, and all partner relationship management
  • You will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment and will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for delivering results.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills - you can structure and identify pragmatic answers to complex business questions through analytics
  • Highly organized and demonstrating strong work ethic
  • You are humble and like to make others succeed
  • You are fluent in English
